Online Reservations
The Stablehouse, a guest rental, is a fully furnished apartment adjacent to the west barn and stables of the 75 acre Herold Farms in Alto Pass. The interiors have a western theme, and a stall and corral are available for rent also. The rental includes a full kitchen (cook your own meals), patio with BBQ, and sleeps up to seven people. Check with owner regarding bringing pets - typically they are welcome.
The Stablehouse is next door to J&M Quarter Horses barn and arena, the site of family and youth rodeos and various equine events throughout the year.
Rental Details
Kitchen - coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, and basic kitchen items; patio with BBQ (charcoal provided)
Beds - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Full-size futon couch, 1 single roll-away
Bath - 1 with shower/tub
Temperature Control - Central heat and air
TV - local channels and DVD player
Phone - no hardline phone, bring your cell phone (phone available in emergency)
Prices
Prices are for up to four people. Each additional person is $10/night. 2 night minimum or add $50 cleaning fee. $90/night - Sun - Thurs (plus tax) $125/night - Fri & Sat (plus tax)
Horses
A corral with stall is available for $20/night for the first horse and $10 for each additional horse. Includes shavings if stall is used. Coggins required.
